Remote support

Good news!
We have now upgraded to “Splashtop for Business” to offer remote support services to you. 
Software security protocols will require you to give us permission each time we need to connect to your computer.
NB: We will not be able to access your computer unless you specifically accept our connection request each time. 
To install the software, please click on the link below and follow the prompts.

Please let us know if you have any trouble installing the software.
If you require unattended access which allows us to connect to your computer whilst you are away from the
office, we will need to give you another link to load the software or make a small modification to the security setting
once it is installed.
