I have used LW services twice now and found him very prompt with the service, courteous with full attention. He visited my home in less than 24 hours and aided me immediately. He is patient and listens to complaints of the problem. He is very reasonable with his charges even offers pensioners a very good discount without asking. 5 stars for Lance.
